Custom keychains from Longtian: custom keychains for museums, scenic attractions, enterprises and universities. Our MOQ starts from 50 pcs. Sampling usually takes 5–7 days after the digital proof is approved; mass production takes about 15–25 days after sample approval. Price depends mainly on material (metal, PVC, acrylic or wood), size, finish, hardware, packaging and quantity; we do not publish a fixed price list — each project is quoted from your artwork and quantity. Sample and mold fees are quoted per design. Payment is T/T 30% deposit and 70% before shipment (PayPal for samples); trade terms are EXW, FOB Shenzhen or DDP by quote. An NDA is available on request.

Keychains are a practical souvenir that visitors use every day, which makes them a reliable seller for attractions and a useful branded giveaway for companies and campuses. We handle the design proof, sampling and production, then pack for export.

Keychains share processes with magnets and pins, but they must survive daily use. Die-cast zinc keychains are formed in a steel mold, polished and plated, then coloured with enamel or print; they feel solid and age well. Soft PVC keychains are filled colour by colour into a mold and cured, producing flexible 2D or 3D characters that can be dropped without damage.

Acrylic keychains are printed, sometimes on both sides, laminated and laser cut to shape; they are a flexible option when a range has many designs. Wooden keychains are laser engraved or printed, suiting eco-themed or rustic venues. Resin is used for small sculpted characters. Hardware matters as much as the charm: split rings, lobster clasps, chains, straps and lanyards are chosen for strength and finish, and functional parts such as bottle openers or trolley coins can be built into metal designs.

For a souvenir that should last, metal and PVC are the safest picks; for a large, illustration-led range, acrylic keeps setup simple.

Sizes

• Charm sizes are commonly about 30–60 mm on the longest side
• 3D PVC characters are sized to keep facial details readable
• Ring diameter and chain length are chosen to suit the charm weight
• Functional keychains are sized around the function (opener, coin holder)

Heavier charms get stronger rings and connectors; we confirm hardware on the sample.

Packaging

• Header card with hang hole for peg displays
• Blister or window box
• Blind-box packaging for character series
• Export cartons with inner bags to avoid scratching

Keychains are impulse buys, so a header card that can hang on a rack near the till is usually the most useful format.

Quality checks before shipping

Finished pieces are checked against the approved sample for outline, colour, plating or paint, attachments and packaging before cartons are sealed. Tell us if you need photos, videos or a third-party inspection for larger orders.

1. Enquiry and brief. Send artwork or reference images, the quantity, target retail price and delivery date. Our MOQ starts from 50 pcs.
2. Recommendation and quote. We suggest material, process, size and packaging, and quote per design. Any sample or mold fee is quoted per design.
3. Digital proof. Our design team prepares a proof showing outline, colours, finish and dimensions. Revisions continue until you approve it.
4. Physical sample. Sampling usually takes 5–7 days after proof approval. You check the sample by photo, video or courier.
5. Approval and deposit. Payment is T/T 30% deposit with 70% before shipment; samples can be paid by PayPal.
6. Mass production. Production usually takes about 15–25 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and process.
7. Quality control. Goods are checked against the approved sample for colour, finish, attachment hardware and packaging before cartons are sealed.
8. Shipping. We ship by express, air or sea under EXW, FOB Shenzhen or DDP, quoted per order. An NDA is available on request.
